Nirbhaya Samaroh 2017
We congratulate all the awardees and take the opportunity to express our gratitude to all the dignitaries present at the event. On this occasion the 2017 Nirbhaya Puraskar was conferred on six illustrious women icons of India – noted actress Shabana Azmi, Head of ICICI Bank Chanda Kochhar, 2016 Rio Paralympics silver medallist Deepa Malik, noted feminist activist Kamla Bhasin, noted educationist Meenakshi Gopinath and noted dancer Geeta Chandran.
